Stephen Kaye has been our coach, mentor, counsellor, sounding board and fantastic supporter of EOS Computer Specialists since February 2008.

When we made the decision to engage Stephen as our Action Coach it was required firstly a financial commitment each month. However, most importantly it required our commitment to change, listen, learn, and grow. We worked consistently developing the systems and structure our business required to become more successful and profitable.

We have also found having a mentor looking at our business from the “outside in” rather than the “inside out” has given us a completely different introspective understanding of our business ethics and customer service, our team structure and our long-term financial and personal goals.

Therefore, we have no hesitate in highly recommend Stephen to other business owners interested in growing and improving their business structure and profitability. We honestly believe we would not have had the financial growth of 150% or added 5 additional employees to our team without having Stephen to encourage us and to keep us accountable for our actions.
