We met Stephen Kay in December 2017 when he came into our office and introduced himself. Our business was already growing fast, had great momentum, but more importantly even greater potential; however without the prior experience of running or expanding a company, business was getting more and more difficult and complex every day.

Since working with Stephen, our company has gone from strength to strength. We have successfully negotiated a new premises to cater for our expansion, and were able to negotiate the sub leasing of our existing property. Steve was instrumental in the negotiations, ensuring our transition was as smooth as possible, and the contract was fair and at market value. Since moving, we have doubled in number of employees and our turnover has more than doubled, making the move a great decision. Steve’s coaching gave us the confidence required to push our business to the next level. Stephens experience and coaching techniques have vastly improved our company, guiding us in the right direction.

Personally I have also found it to be extremely beneficial, having somebody to be accountable to, ensuring I am doing what I have to do to move the company in the right direction and making sure I am in the best possible position to run the company.
